Turf Tamer, Inc. showed up on our doorstep looking for graphic design support for their print newsletter campaigns. Turf Tamer designs and create outdoor living experiences such as outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, pools, retention walls, water features and more for middle to upper income consumers in North Alabama, Southeast Tennessee, and Northwest Georgia. They also have a commercial business and work with multi-family housing, commercial campuses, hospitals, and more.
To start, we were asked to focus on their consumer line of business. To peak consumers interest at various points in the customer decision journey, we came up with a four-pronged residential campaign with the following elements: print newsletter, residential door hangers, email campaigns and social media. We also suggested regularly scheduled professionally shot custom photography to stage and document finished projects and use the photography in the design.
We designed several creative messaging campaigns over a two year period, and distributed them across various channels such as direct mail, email, Houzz, and Facebook. They not only increased their business, but also their digital footprint, and brand.
