The Challenge

Associates in Plastic Surgery approached us for a marketing and communications strategy. They wanted to increase loyalty with current patients and identify new patient opportunities in the regional area. Associates in Plastic Surgery has a solid reputation in the community, we just needed to help expand their reach and amplification.

Our Solution

We created a targeted marketing plan and help to oversee all communication channels and advertising. We rebranded them and shortened the name, create a custom content library, and several initiatives that kept them in close contact with current and new patients.


APS has increased their surgical and nonsurgical new patient appointments year-over-year. We have tripled their online community, launched them on Instagram and Twitter and are currently redesigning their website.
