Sportsbarn came to us for a brand audit and marketing strategy. They were looking to improve communication to current members as well as generate new members. Sportsbarn is Chattanooga’s Premier Fitness Club with three locations, and is Chattanooga’s largest locally-owned and operated fitness club chain.
We completed a 4-week brand audit and strategy, and discovered several insights to develop new messaging, design and communicate with various target audiences. Sportsbarn decided to retain us to oversee their marketing, advertising, social media, etc as their agency of record.
Sportsbarn has consistent communication with it’s members through various channels including web, app, email, social media, print ads, and more. The company has seen consistent growth since implementing the new strategy and partnering with Southside Creative.
