HHM is the largest, locally owned accounting firm in Chattanooga. Their website was not mobile-friendly and they wanted to refresh the logo.
We met with the “future of the firm” and the Partners to hear from them on their perception of the brand. We conducted secondary research and created a brand redevelopment plan including refreshing the logo, new messaging, adding color, changing typography, designing iconography, new custom photography and transition their new brand into the community. Once the branding was redeveloped, we began redesigning the new website with an enhanced user experience, different than any other local competitor. We also designed a new college recruiting campaign, and a new event called Dine & Dash.
HHM’s website traffic has increased by 20% year-over-year since the relaunch. Because HHM is so diverse with it’s service offerings and industry focuses, the added colors and iconography have made it easier to clearly communicate the brand to different audiences. HHM also recently expanded into the Memphis market by aquiring a small dealership CPA firm.
